We are looking for a Solution Consultant within the Euromaster Group headquarters located in Clermont-Ferrand (France). This permanent position (CDI) is to be filled as soon as possible.
As part of Euromaster Central IT specialists’ Team in Digital, CRM and API solutions, you will contribute and realize studies of new requirements, optimize existing processes in relationship with group IT solutions.
Your main activities will be:
- Contributes to the development of the specifications for the construction of the Master Application from the business processes and it's deployment
- Assists the business on existing tools, processes or to be defined ones to deal with problems or evolutions
- Analyses target business processes, identifies gaps with existing IT solutions and formalizes the changes to take into account the existing solutions
- Analyses and challenges the IT needs expressed by the business, identifies the gaps compared to the Enterprise Architecture target and proposes an action plan
- Leads the realization of solutions configuration in its perimeter
- Participates in the definition of the functional architecture
- Contributes to the definition of a new solution or release, on functional analysis and on business acceptance
- Supports the business to express the needs around the solutions: supports to write specifications (functional and non-functional)
- Prioritizes & Arbitrates the portfolio of developments (release)
- Provides level 3 expertise in solving problems supported by the support
- Performs diagnostics, on its own initiative or at the request of the business or platforms
- Contributes to the ERM solution consultant Network
- Contributes to the IT roadmap of the domain in coordination with all counterparts
- Be customer focus & manages a continuous Improvement approach
With a Master degree in digital, IT or management you have a more than 7 years of experience in IT solutions (Build, Run, Support….)
You are an expert in business analysis, and demonstrate strong skills in application/product management, you also have a good support/connection to your direct environment (business team, keys users, providers..). You are recognized for your ability to solve problems and generate creative solutions in a complex environment. You act easily as a team member and leader within an international matrixed organization. Your ability to influence and impact, as well as your excellent communication, are essential assets for your success. You are fluent in French and with a very good level in English.
